Make a difference in the lives of students by leveraging your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We're seeking a dedicated professional to fill a contract position working onsite across multiple school buildings, providing essential behavioral support and consultation district-wide.
In this role, you'll serve as an integral member of a collaborative educational team, utilizing your knowledge and skills to foster positive outcomes and ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral programming. The assignment runs from ASAP through May 28, 2027, offering the rewarding opportunity to guide impactful change over several academic years.
Required Qualifications:
- National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from BACB
- Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred
- Adaptability to travel between multiple district buildings
- Strong communication and consultative skills with staff, students, and families
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic K-12 setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior analytic services onsite throughout the district
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and training to school staff on implementing interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive instructional and behavioral decisions
- Facilitate meetings, document progress, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
- Support students’ academic and social success through evidence-based strategies
