Qualifications

Here's What You Need: H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required 5 Years Experience as a Phlebotomist and specimen processing Required 2 Years Leadership Experience Preferred PBT(ASCP) - Phlebotomy Technician Upon Hire Preferred Strong, positive interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly. Problem-solving ability, time management skills, and possesses organizational skills to function successfully in a fast-paced work environment. What You Will Do: Oversees work schedules and personnel assignments for the department Assist in investigation of corrected and situation reports when required. Informs supervisor of any situation that requires counseling of employees Coordinates evaluation of new techniques and procedures in the laboratory in terms of equipment, space method comparison.
