Job Title: Director of Accounting
\nLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
\nType: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
\nPay Range: $170,000 - $180,000 base salary plus bonus
\nBenefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc.

\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Accountable for the monthly financial statements \n
- Works as a team with other directors to set policy and procedure \n
- Establishes ongoing relationships with members of operational teams \n
- Supports the assurance and tax teams \n
- Evaluates business problems through the lens of internal controls \n
- Coach, mentor and hold accountable staff and managers \n
Key Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance \n
- CPA required \n
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience \n
