Qualifications

• Proven experience building a recruiting function in a seed-stage or early Series A startup environment
• Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruiting , from sourcing to closing candidates without established infrastructure
• Strong track record of hiring high-caliber, hard-to-find talent across functions (engineering, sales, ops)
• Highly resourceful, scrappy, and self-directed , with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced settings
• Based in San Francisco and available to work in-office 3 days/week (Mon, Wed, Fri)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes , including role definition, sourcing, interviews, and closing
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates , including senior leaders and individual contributors
• Build and implement structured interview frameworks , scorecards, and hiring calibration systems
• Ensure a top-tier candidate experience with timely communication and smooth interview processes
• Improve and scale recruiting by optimizing workflows, ATS tools, and reporting systems
