Work will be performed at the Client site in Hyattsville, MD. Responsibilities also include development of design schedules as well as development and maintenance of program level master schedules. Duties will also include attending schedule-related meetings with program/project management teams to discuss schedule issues. The scheduler will attend all progress meetings for assigned projects. Other responsibilities may include: Cash Flow Forecasting, Integrated Master Schedule Development, Critical Path Management and Reporting, Resource & Cost Loaded Schedules and Progress Curve Development, Look Ahead Schedules, and Development of Monthly Status Reports.Qualifications:BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. PE, CCM, PSP or PMI certifications desired.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Construction or Construction Management required with a focus on scheduling.PMP certification is preferredProficiency with software "Primavera P6" is a must.Rail and Transit / Heavy Construction / Highway / Bridge / Water experience is preferred.Thorough understanding of and experience in construction scheduling, program scheduling, and cost & resource loading required.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications and an ability to manage multiple tasks.Experience in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite applications of Outlook, Word, and skilled at performing data evaluation, formulas and metrics in Excel. Keville Enterprises, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer- Veteran/DisabilityBackground checks required.  Pre-employment (post-offer)
