Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is seeking to hire a skilled Saw Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Plant City, FL.
Hourly Rate: $20.75Schedule: Morning Shift (starting at 6:00 AM) | Full-Time | Fast-Paced
Overtime: Mandatory OT every day Mon-Fri depending on workload (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
Job Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain saw machines to cut materials according to specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy of cuts and dimensions by performing regular inspections.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation preferred.
- Previous experience as a saw machine operator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
