Assistant Corporate Controller

This is not a routine controllership role. The Assistant Corporate Controller will help build the accounting infrastructure behind the company’s continued expansion. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this highly visible leader will oversee critical accounting functions, enhance processes and systems, develop a talented team, and partner with senior executives on strategic growth initiatives. Role Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and consolidation activities. Oversee corporate accounting, general ledger, inventory and cost accounting, revenue, leases, fixed assets, and accounts receivable. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and SOX controls. Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, close procedures, and operational workflows. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals. Partner with auditors and leaders across finance, operations, supply chain, and legal. Support system implementations, acquisition accounting, integrations, and other growth initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant fields of study. Active CPA license required. 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a public company leadership role. 3+ years of “Big Four” public accounting experience is preferred. Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and SEC reporting. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management capabilities. ERP experience required; SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred. Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or a comparable financial reporting platform preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
