Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Maintain accurate records for accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor payments across multiple practice locations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare journal entries, monthly bank reconciliations, and sales tax reports with high precision.
• Data Integrity: Review and validate financial data submitted by practice managers to ensure organizational compliance.
• Strategic Support: Develop budget tracking spreadsheets and analyze cash flow projections to support senior leadership in decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance ( Required ).
• Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience; experience within a DSO or multi-unit healthcare environment is a major plus!
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables) and experience with modern accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Mindset: A problem-solver who values confidentiality, accuracy, and meeting month-end deadlines with minimal supervision.
