Epic Certified Principal Trainer

To lead the implementation of training programs and materials for Epic applications, the full-time hybrid Epic Certified Principal Trainer will master both the application and Piedmont-specific workflows, provide user support, and participate in workflow design and system build. Key responsibilities Develop and implement training programs and materials for Epic applications, ensuring alignment with user workflows Provide direct training and user support, including on-site and remote assistance, during go-live events Participate in workflow design and system build to maintain a comprehensive understanding of application functionality Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer technology or science, or a closely related field, or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree Three years of progressively responsible professional work experience in computer-based software training, support, or project management, or seven years in lieu of a degree Successful completion of the appropriate Epic certification within 90 days of hire
