IT & Digital Product Owner Lead for Customer Experience

Role Overview As an IT and Digital Product Owner Manager , you will shape and deliver solutions that drive exceptional customer and employee experiences. What You’ll Do Understand employee and customer needs and deliver innovative solutions that create world class experiences. Collect, track, and take action on metrics aimed at improving customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. Align portfolio priorities with enterprise strategy, customer outcomes, risk management expectations, and Frost’s long‑term vision. Lead cross‑functional Centers of Excellence for successful execution. Ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning properly. Take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in related field. 8+ years’ experience in product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering or related fields. Advanced understanding of digital products, enterprise payments, financial services operations, and customer experience strategy. Expert knowledge in leading a team. Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
