Assistant Office Manager

Position Summary:

The Assistant Branch Manager role is designed to maximize resources while providing the best service for our clients. The manager is responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are followed in accordance with our core values of Family, Integrity, Responsibility, Self-Sufficiency, and Trust. Client retention and customer satisfaction are paramount

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor daily operations to include management of all office and field staff
• Quality control and assign resources to ensure completion of work in accordance with service types
• Communicate proactively with clients
• Promote and conduct oneself in the spirit of customer service, going above and beyond to enhance the customer experience
• Build strong relationships internally with staff and externally with clients and vendors
• Maintain facilities, office supply inventory and provide after-hours support when needed
• Assist the Regional Manager as needed

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational achievement is preferred with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Ability and willingness with a "whatever it takes" attitude to accomplish any task
• Awareness of local geography, roadways, and landmarks is required to assist drivers and process servers in expediting their tasks
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities is required
• Acute attention to detail in all aspects of work and follow up with internal and external clients
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written; the presence, confidence, and communication skills to effectively represent the company
• A commitment to excellence and making a difference; results-driven, improvement focused, and action-oriented self-starter who can simultaneously and proactively handle various responsibilities and continually look for a better way of doing things
• Ability to effectively utilize conflict resolution skills to mitigate client issues and concerns

Schedule/Locations:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (overtime as needed)
• In Office - Redding, CA
