Vice President Finance - Retail

VP of Retail FP&A | Dallas-Fort Worth (Onsite) Confidential retail organization seeking a high-impact finance leader to serve as the strategic and financial partner across a national omnichannel retail platform spanning both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce operations. This is a highly visible leadership role supporting executive management and driving enterprise-wide retail FP&A strategy, operational analysis, forecasting, and board-level storytelling. Responsibilities Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across retail and digital channels Partner closely with Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce leadership teams Deliver executive and board-ready presentations translating complex retail and consumer trends into actionable financial insights Drive profitability analysis across store fleet economics, inventory, margins, customer acquisition, and channel performance Enhance forecasting models, BI reporting capabilities, and financial infrastructure to support growth and changing consumer behavior Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A organization with a collaborative, team-first leadership style Requirements 12+ years of progressive FP&A / corporate finance leadership experience Strong background within multi-unit retail, omnichannel, consumer, or e-commerce environments Deep understanding of retail KPIs including comp sales, 4-wall EBITDA, inventory metrics, CAC/LTV, and margin analytics Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and communicate effectively with investors and boards Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills with exposure to modern planning / BI tools Location: Dallas-Fort Worth area | 5 days onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
