Construction General Laborer

Key Duties & Responsibilities Site Preparation & Cleanup: Sweep, remove debris, dispose of waste, and prepare work areas. Assist Skilled Trades: Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, and other trades by providing tools, holding materials, or performing prep tasks. Operate Tools & Equipment: Use drills, saws, grinders, jackhammers, wheelbarrows, carts, and other basic machinery. Construction Tasks: Dig trenches, mix/pour concrete, erect or dismantle scaffolding, and perform manual excavation. Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA and workplace safety guidelines; wear PPE; report hazards. General Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and routine equipment upkeep.
