LinkedIn Facebook Instagram Twitter TikTok Essential Job Duties Effectively onboard and train team members to brand standards; coach, provide feedback, and develop them to build two quality restaurant teams; manage scheduling and team placement. Attract, select, and retain team members; manage and coach kitchen crew, supervisors, and curb servers to support operational success. Direct crew, assign duties, and ensure quick, friendly service to customers and team members. Maintain standards of excellence in food quality, service friendliness, cleanliness, and safety to meet or exceed brand standards. Ensure team members follow recipes, procedures, and policies; drive guest satisfaction and support local marketing; investigate and resolve guest feedback. Enforce sanitary practices and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and equipment. Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, laws, and ordinances. Inspire and coach teams to excel in core operational procedures, including shift accountability, product projections, repairs, maintenance, and cost controls. Demonstrate company values and perform tasks as directed by leadership, representing Swensons professionally. Promote and adhere to Swensons core values and mission. Support the General Manager with additional duties as assigned. ADA Requirements/Physical Standards Exposure to temperature extremes and variable weather conditions. Stand, move, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds; operate kitchen equipment safely. Respond to emergency situations; work in environments with wet floors, noise, and temperature extremes. Communicate effectively and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
