Full-Time OB/GYN Hospitalist – Davenport, IAFacility Type: Hospital-Based | Inpatient OnlyPosition Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Not accepting locums or visa candidates Role Overview \n

• Join a busy and collaborative OB/GYN hospitalist team
\n
• Work closely with community health clinics (FQHC) and certified nurse midwives
\n
• Inpatient-only coverage including: \n
  \n
  • Labor & delivery
  \n
  • OB/GYN triage
  \n
  • ER calls as needed
  \n
  • Post-op and postpartum rounding
  \n
\n
• High volume: ~80 deliveries per month
\n
• 24-hour in-house coverage model begins April 2025
\n
• Participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team with anesthesia, NICU, and midwives
\n
• No separate “doc call” – strictly a hospitalist position
\n

\n
• Board Certified in OB/GYN – Required
\n
• Malpractice: Must have clean record \n
  \n
  • Cannot accept providers with current supervision requirements or active probate cases
  \n
\n
• Licensure: Must be eligible for Iowa medical license
\n
• Not accepting: Locum candidates or visa holders (no H1B or J1 for this role)
