Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Full-Time OB/GYN Hospitalist - Davenport, IAFacility Type: Hospital-Based Inpatient OnlyPosition Type: Full-Time, Permanent - Not accepting locums or visa candidates Role Overview Join a busy and collaborative OB/GYN hospitalist team Work closely with community health clinics (FQHC) and certified nurse midwives Inpatient-only coverage including: Labor & delivery OB/GYN triage ER calls as needed Post-op and postpartum rounding High volume: 80 deliveries per month 24-hour in-house coverage model begins April 2025 Participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team with anesthesia, NICU, and midwives No separate "doc call" - strictly a hospitalist position Requirements Board Certified in OB/GYN - Required Malpractice: Must have clean record Cannot accept providers with current supervision requirements or active probate cases Licensure: Must be eligible for Iowa medical license Not accepting: Locum candidates or visa holders (no H1B or J1 for this role) Compensation & Support Competitive salary (discussed at interview; salary expectations welcome upon presentation) Full relocation assistance provided Stable, well-established organization with excellent clinical and administrative support Inclusive workplace with a focus on diversity, equity, and community health Location & Lifestyle Quad Cities region (IA/IL) - short commutes, safe neighborhoods, and great schools Excellent access to larger metro areas like Chicago, Des Moines, and Omaha Rich in parks, riverfront recreation, arts, and cultural attractions Davenport and neighboring Silvis, IL are family-friendly and community-focused Interested?Allow RecruitWell to set up a call with the client to learn more and discuss details directly.
