We are looking for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service . Responsibilities Assist customers with deli orders, including cold cuts, salads, and specialty items. Slice meats and cheeses using both hand and machine techniques. Prepare fresh, high-quality sandwiches and gourmet deli salads. Cook and assemble breakfast sandwiches efficiently on the griddle. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked deli counter and sales floor. Ensure all food items meet Red Horse Market’s quality and freshness standards. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries with professionalism. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of deli, sandwich-making, or similar food service experience . Strong knife skills and ability to prepare deli items efficiently. Proven experience creating gourmet sandwiches and salads with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting . Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-player attitude. Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Ability to stand for extended periods. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and understanding).
