Sales Development Representative

Trenkle Agency is looking for a confident communicator who enjoys reaching out, building relationships, and turning initial interest into productive conversations.

This remote role includes contacting interested prospects, scheduling appointments, and progressing opportunities through the sales process. You’ll also learn to conduct life insurance consultations and help clients complete applications once properly licensed.

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with interested prospects.
• Build rapport and identify client needs.
• Schedule phone and virtual appointments.
• Develop the skills to present options and complete sales.
• Maintain clear records of outreach and next steps.
• Participate in regular training and coaching.

What we’re looking for:

• Comfort making repeated phone calls throughout the day.
• Clear communication and strong listening skills.
• Persistence, organization, and reliable follow-through.
• Willingness to learn and work toward measurable goals.
• Customer-facing or sales experience is helpful.

Role details:
