$46,000 Base + Uncapped Commission ($70K+ OTE | Top Performers earn $100K+)

What It Takes to Succeed

We are looking for confident communicators who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are hungry to hit clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets. This is a high-activity inside sales role with clear daily goals and measurable results.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Drive: A proven ability to maintain high daily call volume and hit revenue goals.
• Tenacity: A strong close rate and a disciplined approach to pipeline follow-up.
• Relevant Experience: A background in inside sales, call center sales, appointment setting, or any high-volume customer-facing role.
• Presence: A highly confident, empathetic, and persuasive phone voice.

What a typical day looks like:

• Inbound and outbound calls with customers who are setting up home services
• Build quick rapport and understand their move timeline
• Walk them through electricity, internet, TV, and security options
• Handle questions and objections while guiding them toward the best solution
• Recommend additional services when they genuinely improve the customer’s setup
• Close the sale and earn commission on every completed order
• Follow up with interested customers and keep your pipeline moving

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of sales experience (Inside sales or call center preferred)
• Experience working toward daily, weekly, or monthly goals/quotas
• Comfortable handling objections, asking clarifying questions, and closing sales
• Strong phone presence, clear communication, and high energy
• Ability to manage follow-up and pipeline activity
• Competitive, results-driven mindset motivated by commission upside
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems)
• Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX, Monday - Friday (no weekends!)
