SPHP's Outpatient Division is hiring for leadership positions including Office Manager and Practice Manager. Benefits are effective day one of employment. Offices are located throughout Albany. Employment Type Full time Office Manager Responsibilities Hire and supervise support staff. Oversee day‑to‑day practice operations including maintenance of medical records. Manage human resources, property and facilities, equipment, and billing. Ensure compliance with OSHA, JCAHO, and DOH requirements. Office Manager Qualifications Associate’s Degree. At least three (3) years of successful management experience in a hospital or a dental or medical office practice. Office Manager Pay Range Pay Range: $28.55 – $41.40 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary within the stated range based on location. Practice Manager Responsibilities Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and evaluate programs of patient care for designated patient populations. Develop and monitor administrative and clinical systems that support patient care. Facilitate collegial relationships between care teams. Manage human, fiscal, material, and facility resources. Support, plan, implement, and evaluate program goals, policies of St. Peter’s Health Care Services and patient‑focused care. Practice Manager Qualifications Associate’s Degree. At least three (3) years of successful management experience in a hospital or a dental or medical office practice. Practice Manager Pay Range Pay Range: $31.50 – $45.70 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary within the stated range based on location.
