Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and strengths, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, using established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based practices to facilitate personal growth.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and actively monitor their progress throughout the duration of treatment.

• Provide teletherapy options to clients preferring virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care while accommodating accessibility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, demonstrating your commitment to professionalism and best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and conferences, to keep abreast of emerging practices and enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
