Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary interviews to understand clients' mental health concerns and document each case from the initial consultation through treatment.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health to establish baseline metrics for ongoing treatment.

• Create tailored intervention and recovery plans that address the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging active participation and fostering a supportive atmosphere.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress and modify treatment plans based on feedback and documented outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
