Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at The Sound Mind, Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will have the opportunity to support clients of all ages in navigating their unique challenges, providing tailored treatment plans to empower their healing journeys. Our focus on telehealth also allows us to reach underserved populations who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Current and active licensure in New York State as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and a willingness to adapt to new systems as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Sound Mind, Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
