Execute an effective prospecting strategy and conduct guest tours.Achieve monthly revenue objectives set forth by the company with regard to fitness and supplements.Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics.Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed.Alert the operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally conduct facility walk through daily.Supervise coach sales activities. Review agreements and prepare daily paperwork.QualificationsIn depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong customer service focus.Strong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures.
