Inside Sales Representative - Commercial Insurance

Seeking an ultra-motivated Inside Sales Representative - Commercial Insurance, this full-time remote position will focus on outbound prospecting, calling business owners to introduce services, identify opportunities, and schedule meetings for licensed brokers. Key responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers Schedule qualified meetings for licensed commercial insurance brokers Manage prospect records and daily tasks in Salesforce, maintaining consistent communication with prospects Required qualifications: Sales experience preferred, but not required Proven track record of achieving quotas and goals Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in written and verbal communication Ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus
