Assistant Team Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Assistant Team Lead to support daily operations, develop team members, and help deliver a Five-Star guest experience.

This role is ideal for a hospitality, retail, salon, or spa professional who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and creating a positive, high-performing workplace.
What You'll Do

• Support daily salon and spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Assist with team scheduling, onboarding, training, and development
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve service and sales goals
• Address guest concerns and create lasting guest relationships
• Support inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures
• Assist leadership in achieving location performance and profitability goals
• Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership, retail, hospitality, salon, or spa experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong integrity
• Goal-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications
- Previous salon/spa or retail experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, product and service offerings, including pricing and benefits
- Comfortable using scheduling and POS systems (e.g., Zenoti)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
