Executive Personal Assistant

Compensation will be around $200K+ base salary, plus equity, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The position is located on the Peninsula.
What you will do:
- Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end, managing complex scheduling across time zones with precision and judgment
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including private aircraft logistics
- Manage board meetings from end to end: materials, preparation, scheduling, and follow-through
- Oversee and manage CEO communications with discretion and professionalism
- Attend staff and leadership meetings; track and drive action items to completion
- Lead and manage special projects of strategic importance
- Plan and execute company-wide meetings, off-sites, and executive gatherings
- Organize private and business social events from concept through execution
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and all internal departments and the senior leadership team
- Mentor and develop junior administrative staff
- Do whatever it takes to protect and maximize the CEO's time
What you must bring:
A 4-year college degree and extensive executive support experience at the C-level, Founder, or SVP level are both required, as are:
- A proven track record supporting a high-profile, high-demand executive in a complex organizational environment
- Deep expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and board operations
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional presence
- The ability to manage competing priorities without losing composure or accuracy
- Availability and responsiveness on a 24/7 basis when circumstances require it
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity
