Executive Personal Assistant

A well-established, well-funded technology company founded by one of the most recognized executives in the industry is seeking an elite Executive Assistant to support its CEO. Compensation will be around $200K+ base salary, plus equity, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The position is located on the Peninsula.

What you will do:

  • Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end, managing complex scheduling across time zones with precision and judgment
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including private aircraft logistics
  • Manage board meetings from end to end: materials, preparation, scheduling, and follow-through
  • Oversee and manage CEO communications with discretion and professionalism
  • Attend staff and leadership meetings; track and drive action items to completion
  • Lead and manage special projects of strategic importance
  • Plan and execute company-wide meetings, off-sites, and executive gatherings
  • Organize private and business social events from concept through execution
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and all internal departments and the senior leadership team
  • Mentor and develop junior administrative staff
  • Do whatever it takes to protect and maximize the CEO's time

What you must bring:

A 4-year college degree and extensive executive support experience at the C-level, Founder, or SVP level are both required, as are:

  • A proven track record supporting a high-profile, high-demand executive in a complex organizational environment
  • Deep expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and board operations
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional presence
  • The ability to manage competing priorities without losing composure or accuracy
  • Availability and responsiveness on a 24/7 basis when circumstances require it
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity
