Process Improvement Analyst

Evaluate and refine sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness Lead and execute documentation efforts for processes and system information Produce sales stages and process documentation, Salesforce technical requirements, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, test cases, requirements traceability matrices, flow charts, wireframes/mockups, user stories, and use case documentation Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance sales operations and streamline sales cycles Identify sales-process bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies and develop solutions Work across teams and organizations globally to drive process improvements, implement solutions, and reduce process waste Drive and implement business transformation strategies and plans for internal clients Analyze business systems and software solutions to improve work-process efficiency and effectiveness Develop and strengthen cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and company objectives Requirements Minimum four years of experience in Sales Operations, Operations Analysis, or Process Improvement functions Understanding of systems integrations and implementation Ability to execute on deliverables efficiently Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, information systems, or a similar technical degree, or equivalent professional experience Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization Highly analytical Proven problem-solving experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Tableau preferred Prior experience in a data center or real estate environment preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Sales Operations and Process Improvement, with a strong focus on analyzing and refining workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
