Customer Service Supervisor

Pay Range $19.00 - $27.80 Purpose The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading a vibrant team of customer service associates. This role oversees crucial processes related to cashiering, returns, inventory management, e-commerce support, and ensures customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience. Key Qualities Effective team builders Passionate about customer service Detail-oriented and well-organized Strong communicators and active listeners Minimum Eligibility Requirements At least 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service or 4 years of overall customer service experience High school diploma and/or GED A minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment Essential Job Functions Supervise all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists, focusing on front-end operations and inventory accuracy Ensure compliance with customer service standard operating procedures Lead efforts in managing and maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the store Process customer refunds and exchanges following established guidelines Oversee signage updates and price adjustments for store SKUs Assist customers with product selections and queries Collaborate with management to determine product pricing and returns Investigate inventory-related discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in the tracking system Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy Conduct audits of reports including inventory control and returns Monitor logs for incoming and outgoing trucks Audit merchandise storage areas weekly and resolve issues promptly Create and manage store signage and pricing with the Tags-On-Demand printing system Return products to their correct locations after customer returns Maintain cleanliness and stock of products following Floor & Decor's standards Act as the main contact for e-commerce team members regarding store inventory Supervise inventory movement within the store Open and close the store efficiently as needed This position description is intended to convey the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
