Role Overview Cascade AI is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to take the lead in managing renewals, driving expansion, and fostering strategic growth within our existing customer accounts. This role is commercially focused and involves handling a diverse portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for promoting product adoption, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), mapping stakeholder networks, and uncovering expansion possibilities across new departments and workflows. What to Expect in This Role This is not a support or onboarding position. This is a revenue-driven role centering on: Reselling within the existing organization Diving deeper into new departments (such as HR, IT, Legal, Finance) Enhancing executive relationships Securing renewal confidence and success As the commercial owner of your accounts, you will play a pivotal role after the sale has been made. Core Responsibilities 1. Manage Renewals Oversee renewal timelines and develop negotiation strategies Proactively identify risks and devise mitigation strategies Clearly communicate the value delivered to customers Accurately forecast renewals and maintain strong hygiene 2. Drive Account Expansion Map accounts across various departments and influence key stakeholders Spot new workflow and use-case opportunities for expansion Effectively position Cascade's value to new executive buyers Collaborate with Account Executives to secure significant expansions Driving expansion at Cascade often entails tapping into new departments rather than merely increasing seat counts, requiring strategic navigation and commercial acuity. 3. Lead QBRs and Executive Discussions Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews Base discussions on value, ROI, adoption metrics, and roadmap alignment Build connections beyond day-to-day users Engage across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders 4. Foster Adoption and Account Health Track usage and engagement statistics Suggest actionable strategies to enhance adoption and workflow integration Work closely with Implementation teams to ensure timely delivery of value Identify and assess expansion signals within accounts 5. Account Strategy and Mapping For each account, you will maintain: A map of executive stakeholders Paths for possible expansion Risk assessments and mitigation plans A quarterly action plan You should be able to clearly articulate: The sources of growth Potential risks involved The next steps needed for progress Cross-Functional Collaboration You will work closely with: The CEO, Sales, and Marketing team for major expansions or collaborative selling efforts Customer Success Implementation teams for onboarding and complex rollouts Product & Engineering to relay valuable customer feedback This role necessitates the ability to influence without having formal authority.
