We actively manage P&Ls, lead financial planning and modeling, and act as trusted partners to OCI leadership, all while supporting rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning: Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes for OCI's business units. Analysis: Analyze actual performance, metrics, trends, and forecasts to support informed business decisions. Collaboration: Build strong relationships across OCI Finance and Business teams, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality results. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes, improve accuracy, increase operational efficiency, and maintain accounting guidelines to optimize OCI's P&L. Modeling: Create ad hoc financial models and identify efficiency opportunities, particularly in the data center sector. Stakeholder Support: Utilize the broader Oracle Financial community to collect and analyze information, address business challenges, and support cross-functional projects. Reporting: Prepare impactful financial presentations for business stakeholders and manage quarterly reporting schedules. Quarter-end Close: Participate in quarter-end closing activities in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Business teams. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance experience. Understanding of cloud technology and infrastructure, or experience supporting engineering teams. Strong financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation range for this role is between $84,500 and $178,100 per annum, which may include bonus and equity.
