How You Will Spend Your Time: Reviewing complex corporate tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships. Strategic client planning, advising on federal and state compliance issues. Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines. Identifying opportunities for tax planning. Engaging in constructive feedback discussions with team members regarding their evaluations and professional growth. Participating as an instructor or discussion leader in professional development programs. Seeking and developing new client relationships and business opportunities. Profile of Ideal Candidates: Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license or Master of Science in Taxation. 8+ years of experience in the tax department of public accounting, with proven experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff. Exceptional analytical and technical tax expertise. Outstanding client service and communication skills with a track record of developing and maintaining exceptional client relationships. Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and projects in a fast-paced, interactive, results-driven environment. Strong leadership and mentoring qualities, along with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective client representation. Advanced analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities, with a keen attention to detail. Willingness to travel as needed. Compensation for this position will vary by location. Candidates residing in different states may receive varying salaries.
