TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, 53916!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in med/surg & PCU required License: RN license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (AHA only) Must-Have: Traveler must pass a telemetry exam prior to assignment start. If first-time traveler, must have more than 5 years of experience as an RN. Description: This position involves day shifts, working 12 hours from 06:30 to 19:00. There will be a weekend rotation and every other holiday will be required. Standby call may be needed as necessary. The RN will care for all acuity types and ratios, which may include occasional ICU/PCU patients. The RN must have a strong foundation in PCU for success in this blended unit. Patient care will include managing patients with a variety of diagnoses including medical, cardiac, and general surgery. Travelers may be required to float as needed. Compliance with strict passing criteria on a required telemetry exam is essential. The exam consists of identifying lethal rhythms and achieving a passing score. Proficiency in barcode scanning is necessary for extension eligibility. RNs are expected to engage in bedside shift reporting, utilize AIDET, and conduct hourly rounding. All applicants must adhere to the facility's policies and procedures. This role is essential in providing an exceptional patient and family experience through high-quality care.
