Marketing Campaign Specialist

We're looking for an analytical, results-driven MarketingCampaign Specialist to lead demand generation for the Yardi Commercial team.This role is less about producing campaigns and more about making them perform.You'll own paid media strategy across trade advertising, paid social, sponsoredcontent, and display, and serve as the single source of truth for marketingperformance, reporting spend, cost per lead, and ROAS by channel to leadership.You'll dig into how we acquire leads, where they land in the funnel, and whatmoves them to the next stage, directing our paid media execution team withclear briefs and priorities rather than hand-building every placement. You'llalso partner with campaign specialists, product marketing, and events to build paidamplification into campaigns from the start, run webinar promotion and leadfollow-up, and optimize landing pages and websites to turn traffic intoqualified pipeline. What You’ll Do: Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans for anassigned product line or vertical market Collaborate with internal teams—including writers,designers, and product stakeholders—to execute marketing campaigns Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such asemail campaigns, brochures, videos, social media, and press releases Support event marketing efforts by delivering promotionalmaterials, event displays, swag, and presentation content for Yardi andindustry events Who You Are: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relatedfield A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience Prior experience in business to business (B2B) marketingorganization ProficiencyinMS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail, proof reading and editingskills Strong project management skills and the ability to managemultiple competing priorities Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills Excellent organizational skills Strong research and analytical skills Ability to work independently or in collaboration withothers Determination and internal self-motivation Ideal to Have: Experience in specified product/market/industry Marketing software (project management, CRM, website CMS) Enterprise software and real estate industry experience Real Estate runs on Yardi.
