Job Description

A premier Endocrinology clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant who will room patients, take vital signs, and chart during patient and provider interactions. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and room patients upon arrival for examination preparation
• Document patient encounters in real-time alongside the provider using the EMR system
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of medical documentation, histories, and treatment plans
• Assist patients with completing forms and updating medical records as needed
• Monitor patient flow and notify providers of patient arrival to maintain efficient scheduling
• Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3-6 months of Medical Assistant experience is required.
• Must have National Medical Assistant certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Must have completed a high school diploma or GED.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
