We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing wholesale business performance across assigned accounts and categories while managing and developing members of the sales team. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth, account strategy, forecasting, and operational execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Manage and oversee assigned retailer business and account strategy
? Drive topline sales growth and profitability across assigned accounts and categories
? Partner with buyers, planners, and internal cross-functional teams to execute seasonal business strategies
? Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, markdowns, and replenishment opportunities
? Lead forecasting, open-to-buy planning, and inventory management discussions
? Develop and execute selling initiatives and assortment strategies
? Identify expansion opportunities across categories and distribution channels
? Manage operational execution including order tracking, shipping follow-up, and inventory flow
? Monitor competitive landscape and react to market trends and retailer performance
? Present business recaps, forecasts, and growth opportunities internally and externally
? Mentor, manage, and develop Sales Assistants, Associate Account Executives, Junior Account Executives, and/or Account Executives
? Partner with leadership on organizational planning, business growth initiatives, and retailer strategy
? Must be able to manage multiple businesses and priorities within a fast-paced environment
