• Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and Volkswagen product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar leadership role in a dealership setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience with CRM systems, dealership management software, and digital marketing strategies.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver's license required.
