Manufacturing Associate

Job Description Job Description Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates in Manchester, VT, on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the manufacturing sector, offering competitive pay and potential for overtime. In this role, you will operate rod manufacturing equipment, assist in preparing, assembling, and finishing rod components, and install parts such as reel seats, handles, and guides. You will also play a vital part in quality assurance by ensuring products meet established standards and specifications while meeting daily production goals. Additionally, you will support various production tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly. What’s in it for you? Weekly pay starting at $15.00-$16.13/hr. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Familiarity with hand tools or craftsmanship-related work; manufacturing experience preferred Ability to follow instructions diligently, complete tasks accurately, and maintain strong attention to detail Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and capacity to perform repetitive manual tasks Ability to stand and move throughout the shift, safely lift up to 30 lbs Team-oriented mindset with flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.13 per hour.
