We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota on a Contract basis. This position will lead end-to-end hiring efforts across corporate and engineering functions, with a strong focus on building talent pipelines and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to sourcing, strong partnership skills with hiring leaders, and confidence working within applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on search strategies, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.• Proactively identify and engage talent with relevant experience through direct sourcing, networking, and other targeted outreach methods.• Recruit for a mix of corporate and engineering positions while adapting search approaches to different skill sets and business needs.• Use applicant tracking systems and tools such as Paradox to organize workflows, track candidate activity, and maintain accurate recruiting data.• Deliver a positive and consistent experience for candidates by communicating clearly, setting expectations, and guiding them through each stage of the process.• Monitor recruiting progress, share market insights, and recommend adjustments that improve speed, quality, and hiring outcomes.• Support hiring activity related to skilled nursing talent when needed, applying appropriate sourcing and screening practices for the role requirements.
