Product Owner

IDR is seeking a Product Owner to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will work within an Agile delivery environment to translate business needs into clear features and user stories that drive measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on opportunity supporting an industry-leading organization where collaboration, strong stakeholder partnership, and disciplined backlog management are key to delivering business value. Position Overview for the Product Owner: * Define and refine product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support delivery teams * Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure work aligns to business value * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews * Partner closely with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, developers, and QA to drive alignment and execution Requirements for the Product Owner: * 5+ years of relevant Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Agile delivery experience * Demonstrated hands-on experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment * Proven ability to write clear user stories and define detailed acceptance criteria * Experience facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other core Agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams * Working experience with Jira Align and/or Azure DevOps to manage delivery and track progress What's in it for you? * Competitive compensation package * Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more! * Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization.
