Vice President, Client Service Management (Global Collateral)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service Manager to join our Global Collateral team. This role is located in New York or Lake Mary. Responsibilities Work with external clients to resolve the most complex day‑to‑day issues related to Global Collateral Management and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY. Engage with other team members across the division in providing support to clients on addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. Apply advanced problem‑solving skills, judgement, and extensive experience to analyze information. Use communication skills to deliver high quality service to Global Collateral clients. Provide key individuals at assigned clients information related to BNY products and services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7–10 years of total work experience preferred in Global Collateral Management. Experience in an operational area and/or client services using the AccessEdge and Nexen systems. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $153,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long–term incentive packages, and Company‑sponsored benefit programs.
