Senior Segment Marketing Manager - Biopharma

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a Senior Segment Marketing Manager to lead biopharma segment strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution. The role reports to the head of Biopharma product marketing, sits on the Global Strategic Marketing team, and is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Own global biopharma segment strategy, customer segmentation, market opportunities, and value propositions
- Build biopharma brand presence through differentiated positioning, thought-leadership programs, and customer-centric campaigns
- Develop and activate networks of key opinion leaders and scientific experts to inform market insights and credibility
- Create content roadmap, customer-facing materials, workflow narratives, and sales enablement tools for commercial teams
- Lead cross-functional commercialization programs and track performance metrics including funnel progression and revenue contribution
Requirements
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing, Marketing, Business, or related scientific discipline
- 8+ years strategic marketing, segment marketing, or product marketing experience in life sciences commercial roles
- Demonstrated experience in biopharma market, including bioprocessing, biologics, cell and gene therapy, or analytical instrumentation
- Proven track record developing and executing customer insight programs, including VOC research and advisory boards
- Success developing go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and sales enablement in global B2B environments
