KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in the Burlington MA area that is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (Staff Accountant) to join their team! This is a contract to hire position that will be on-site and is paying between $32-$35/hr depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone that is seeking a long-term position to make a lasting impact! The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include Processing vendor invoices and credit memos, including PO matching and discrepancy resolution in P21/Epicor Preparing vendor payments, reconciling statements, and maintaining vendor records and documentation Responding to vendor inquiries and supporting W-9 collection, 1099 reporting, and ACH verification Assisting with month-end close, AP reconciliations, audits, and process improvements The Experience Required For This Role Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a GAAP accounting environment Experience in the distribution industry Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is a plus Compensation: $32-$35/hr (DOE) #J-18808-Ljbffr KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting
