The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 plus bonus potential. Specific compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting and company standards. • Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights that guide strategic decision-making. • Work with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures. • Support legal services billing processes, contributing to seamless financial operations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 3+ years in accounting, ideally in a law firm or professional services. • Experience in managing and maintaining complete and accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting and company standards. • Preparing internal reports with an eye for detail. • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights that guide strategic decision-making. • Strong skills in accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. • Experience conducting regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
