Senior Account Executive, Mobile Gaming and Apps

About the Role Proxima is launching a mobile-focused vertical, and we're hiring the inaugural Senior Account Executive to build it. In this foundational role, you'll own outbound into mobile gaming studios, social casinos, and app developers, working alongside User Acquisition and growth leaders to show how Proxima's Commerce Graph and targeting tools improve campaign performance and scale acquisition. You'll define the go-to-market playbook, refine the sales motion, and shape the target account strategy as we build out this team. What You'll Help Build Build the go-to-market foundation for Proxima's mobile vertical — including outbound strategy, positioning, and sales process Scale Proxima's mobile advertising business across mobile gaming studios, social casinos, and app-based advertisers focused on user acquisition and growth Drive revenue through custom audiences and targeting solutions designed to help advertisers acquire high-value users more efficiently across digital channels Act as a consultative partner to UA, growth, and marketing teams — advising on audience strategy, targeting approaches, and customer acquisition initiatives Help gaming and app advertisers leverage proprietary audience data to improve campaign performance, scale growth, and reach high-value users Who We're Looking For 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in ad tech, mobile advertising, gaming, performance marketing, or SaaS Track record of building pipeline and closing revenue in a new or developing market Existing network of contacts within mobile gaming publishers, app advertisers, or UA/growth teams strongly preferred Deep interest in mobile gaming, social casino, app growth, and user acquisition Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and excited to help build a business from the ground up Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage growth, UA, and marketing stakeholders Motivated by outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and helping shape the early sales motion for a growing mobile-focused team Why Proxima Work on one of the most differentiated data assets in consumer tech High ownership and accountability — drive projects end-to-end and make decisions that actually matter Lean team where your contributions are visible and your voice carries weight Highly cross-functional — work closely with product, data, growth, and leadership Hybrid setup in our NYC office with a collaborative in-person culture, plus quarterly team events in and out of the office Benefits & Perks Competitive base salary and meaningful equity Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage HSA and FSA options 401(k) 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave Unlimited PTO Summer Fridays from July 4th through Labor Day Mental health and wellness support through Talkspace, Health Advocate, and One Medical Commuter benefits $1,000 annual learning & development stipend Quarterly team events, both in and out of the office How to Apply Submit your application through our Ashby job board.
