Advising clients on wage and hour rules and the wider labor questions that come with them, running cases through state and federal courts, plus all the research and drafting nobody gets out of at year five either. Who they'd like: Somebody who keeps their head when three things land on the same afternoon, and who explains things to a client clearly enough that they don't have to ask again. A JD, the California Bar, and California employment experience at about that four or five year mark. It's fully remote and the band is $270,000 to $290,000.
