HR Manager

HR Generalist (Bilingual)

Pay Rate: $80,000 per year

Schedule: Full-time, onsite. Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Location: San Diego, CA

Responsibilities

• 
  Lead full-cycle recruiting using ATS tools
  
  



• 
  Manage onboarding and orientation to create a strong new hire experience
  
  



• 
  Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
  
  



• 
  Ensure compliance with California labor laws, OSHA, and workers' comp
  
  



• 
  Administer employee benefits (health, retirement, FMLA, and leave programs)
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate HR data within the HRIS system
  
  



• 
  Contribute to performance management processes as the organization grows
  
  

Requirements

• 
  Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal) - required
  
  



• 
  Experience in HR operations, with strong knowledge of CA employment laws
  
  



• 
  Experience using ATS tools
  
  



• 
  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  
  



• 
  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
  



• 
  Bachelor's degree preferred
  
  



• 
  PHR certification is a plus, but not required
