Part Time Accounting Clerk

$20 - $25 per hour

Job title: Part-Time Accounting Clerk
Location: On-site in Twinsburg, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday (25-30 hours weekly)
Salary: $20-$25 per hour

Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:

Assist with processing and posting credit card transactions
Assist with posting checks and cash
Match A/P invoices to receivers/packing slips received from warehouse
Reconcile all invoices to monthly vendor statements and weekly vendor websites
Print and prepare vendor and refund checks for signing
Enter automatic loan payments weekly

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Clerk:

Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
High level of skill with Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Can work independently and without supervision when required
