Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Centralus Health (Direct) and no current placement allowed at Program: Centralus Health (Direct).

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Centralus Health (Direct) and no current placement allowed at Program: Centralus Health (Direct).

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Centralus Health (Direct) and no current placement allowed at Program: Centralus Health (Direct).

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: BLS and ACLS must not expire while on assignment.

Special Requests: Current employees: Travelers employed full-time, part-time, or per diem by Cayuga Health or its affiliate, Schuyler Hospital within the past 12 months will not be considered. All employment and gaps from the last 7 years must be accounted for, or back to graduation date.

Unit Details: Mixed med-surg telemetry unit.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and every other holiday.

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
