If you would enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are looking for a chance to become part of a stellar team of professionals, we invite you to apply online today.WORK MODEL#LI-OnSiteWHAT YOU WILL DOAnalyze dealer performance, market dynamics, incentive effectiveness, and financial outcomes to develop data-driven incentive strategies that maximize the effectiveness of incentive dollars, strengthen dealer engagement, and support achievement of sales objectives.Utilize market intelligence, advanced quantitative analysis, financial modeling, scenario testing, and simulation to develop more effective incentive programs and recommendations.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTAnalyze dealer, sales, market, and incentive performance using advanced quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and scenario testing.Develop and enhance models to forecast program effectiveness, costs, profitability, and financial impact.Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations that support incentive and investment decisions.Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Field/Regional teams, Hyundai Capital, and other stakeholders to develop commercially relevant incentive strategies.Incorporate dealer and field insights into program design and recommendations to improve engagement and sales performance.Monitor program effectiveness and financial results, recommending adjustments as needed.Manage vendors, budgets, payments, and other responsibilities in accordance with Company guidelines.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEMust be a high school graduate.Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus.Eight or more years of experience, including at least five years in automotive or a related industry with a focus on incentives, pricing, financial analysis, dealer performance, or quantitative/competitive analysis.Strong hands-on experience with advanced quantitative analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and large/complex datasets.Strong understanding of incentive strategy, dealer economics, profitability, and sales performance.Dealer, regional, or field experience strongly preferred; automotive/captive finance experience is a plus.Two or more years of supervisory experience desired, with experience managing significant budgets and multiple priorities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leadership.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with additional analytics, visualization, or data tools is a plus.WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOUMonthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
